Joint Commission International (JCI) Accredited Hospitals.  On this website, you will find a searchable database of hundreds if not thousands of accredited hospitals and clinics searchable by country location.  Almost all hospitals listed have websites with links to searchable directories of doctors by specialty.  These doctors are screened and meet the credentialing criteria imposed by the hospital network in compliance with the JCI Accreditation.  Individual doctors and facilities will isted separately on this page when a patient has posted a review of customer satisfaction.

The challenge is that not all have international patient departments or programs specifically to cater to English-speaking patients.  Refer to the "Find a Hospital Page".
